Your California Geologist seal from pedigitalstamps.com meets every requirement on this page — the required wording, the layout and the diameter set out in Bus. & Prof. Code § 7852; 16 CCR § 3008. Fill in your details and download it in seconds.
Section 3008(b) prescribes a separate seal for certified specialty geologists, reading either "Certified Engineering Geologist" or "Certified Hydrogeologist" and carrying the certification number rather than the license number; a certified specialist therefore has seal wording distinct from the plain professional geologist seal in 3008(a). Section 3008(c) prescribes a parallel "Professional Geophysicist" seal under Business and Professions Code § 7852.1.

The layout follows Bus. & Prof. Code § 7852; 16 CCR § 3008, which is the provision the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists will measure the seal against.
California’s geologist seal rule is Bus. & Prof. Code § 7852; 16 CCR § 3008, administered by the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. The seal must carry any one of “Professional Geologist (top border); State of California (bottom border)”, “Certified Engineering Geologist (top border); State of California (bottom border)”, “Certified Hydrogeologist (top border); State of California (bottom border)”, and not less than one and one-half (1 1/2) inches in diameter; the rule prescribes a minimum only, and states the seal shall be of a design similar to the illustration shown and shall bear at a minimum the listed elements.
A further 10 requirements, each tied to the subsection that imposes it, are itemised in the California requirements section on this page.
Not less than one and one-half (1 1/2) inches in diameter; the rule prescribes a minimum only, and states the seal shall be of a design similar to the illustration shown and shall bear at a minimum the listed elements. This is set by 16 CCR § 3008(a), (b).
Section 3008(g) prohibits preprinting blank forms with the seal or signature, decals of either, and rubber stamps of the signature - even though the seal itself may be a stamp, impression or electronic representation. (16 CCR § 3008(g))
Section 3008(d) forbids using the seal on the Civil Code § 1102.6 disclosure statement itself, while requiring it on a geologic report or opinion attached separately as a substituted disclosure. (16 CCR § 3008(d))
The center of the seal must carry the licensee's name as it appears on the certificate issued by the Board; only the given name may be abbreviated or reduced to initials, and the surname on file must appear on both the seal and the signature. (16 CCR § 3008(a)(3)(A), (e))
