Georgia’s PE seal rule is Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 180-12-.02 (Sealing of Documents), administered by the Georgia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. The seal must carry “Registered Professional Engineer”, and circular, with the outer circle 1½ inches in diameter and the inner circle 1 inch.
